Best Answer Going fast on a razor will raise your heartrate more than walking. It also works some of your leg muscles more than walking. The question is can you scooter for more than 30 minutes to keep you heartrate up? So the short answer is riding the razor is better exercise than walking. And a longer answer is, if you can ride the scooter at the fast pace for the same time you would walk, it is much better exercise. (If you fall, and break your arm, walking is better exercise)
